FAQS

HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

If you see something you like, but would like it to be of a different metal (18kt gold, rose gold, oxidized silver, etc.) or stone, please feel free to request a change and Sarah will be happy to create a more customized piece and provide an estimated quote. You may also change details such as earrings posts/hooks or clasps. Sarah LOVES customized pieces and believes that jewelry is an important part of personal expression that we are delighted to take part in. In addition, if you have an idea for a piece, Sarah welcomes consultations and can do these via video-conference if you are not located in the Boston area.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH TIMING & SHIPPING?

If an item shows as in stock, it can be picked up in the South End of Boston (address provided upon purchase), or shipped within 3 business days via FedEx 2-day delivery for $12.
If an item is shown as out of stock, Sarah will do everything she can to recreate the item within 2-4 weeks. Depending on the intricacy of the item, it could take more or less time to fulfill. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email with an estimate on time, in addition to options that may be offered such as different stones or metal finishes (i.e. shine versus satin, silver versus oxidized (gray), etc.). Please keep in mind that every piece is handmade to order and there may be slight variations in appearance. If you need an item to be expedited, please feel free to send an email and we will do our best to accommodate.

HOW DO YOU MANAGE RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange it or return it for store credit within 7 days of receipt. If you find that there is damage to your order, we will repair it at no cost. In the case of an exchange, you will be required to pay return shipping (or bring the item to the studio).

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Please keep in mind that some of the finishes on your jewelry could be destroyed by certain cleaners, such as ultrasonic machines or abrasives. All pieces may be cleaned with warm water and dish soap using a soft toothbrush.  It is best to keep your jewelry in a jewelry box so that silver does not become tarnished.
