If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange it or return it for store credit within 7 days of receipt. If you find that there is damage to your order, we will repair it at no cost. In the case of an exchange, you will be required to pay return shipping (or bring the item to the studio).

If an item shows as in stock, it can be picked up in the South End of Boston (address provided upon purchase), or shipped within 3 business days via FedEx 2-day delivery for $12.

If an item is shown as out of stock, Sarah will do everything she can to recreate the item within 2-4 weeks. Depending on the intricacy of the item, it could take more or less time to fulfill. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email with an estimate on time, in addition to options that may be offered such as different stones or metal finishes (i.e. shine versus satin, silver versus oxidized (gray), etc.). Please keep in mind that every piece is handmade to order and there may be slight variations in appearance.
